 Apply serum in the PM just above your upper eyelash line on clean, dry skin (swipe it on like eyeliner!). Use one dip for both eyes. Allow 1-2 minutes for the serum to dry. Once you’ve reached your max lash potential, use 2-3 times per week to maintain your look.

 Starting at the base of your lashes, sweep the brush upward from root to tip. Use the smaller end of the tapered brush for hard-to-reach lashes and the wider end to lift and define.

 Use immediately after mascara application, while mascara is still wet. Place comb near base of lashes and gently wiggle into lash line. Carefully comb lashes, moving up, out and away from eyes.
