Lashes go through a three-phase lash cycle. In the Anagen phase, which lasts 4 - 6 weeks, an eyelash grows from a little bud to its fullest potential. About 35%-40% of the upper lashes and about 15% of the lower lashes are in the Anagen phase at any one time. Each lash will grow to a specific length and then stop.
The Catagen phase lasts 2 - 3 weeks and the eyelash will stop growing and the follicle will shrink once it has reached its designated length.
The Telogen phase is the resting phase. This phase can last up to 90 days before the eyelash falls out, and a new lash begins to grow.
Your natural lashes go through a shedding process on a regular basis. Depending on your lash growth cycle, you can shed anywhere from 1 to 5 natural lashes per day.
What is Babe Lash Essential Serum?
Our Essential Serum is an award-winning eyelash serum that promotes the appearance of longer and fuller lashes. It is made in the USA and features a vegan, paraben-free formula that is not tested on animals.
How do I use it?
It’s so simple! Start by applying 2 - 3 times for the first couple weeks. Then apply the serum every night directly to your upper lash line on clean, dry skin. One dip of the wand is enough serum for both eyes. Be sure to avoid touching your eyes until the serum has dried.
When you are satisfied with the results, continue to apply serum 2-3 times a week to maintain beautiful results.
When may I start seeing longer-looking lashes?
If you use our Essential Serum faithfully, you could start to notice longer-looking lashes between four to six weeks. We recommend applying for at least 12 weeks before evaluating your lashes!

Will the Essential Serum irritate my eyes?
We take great care in ensuring our serum is made with high-quality ingredients. However, those with sensitive skin may experience slight irritation if they apply too much product, do not follow directions, or use it too frequently. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Babe Lash offers a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee returns. If for any reason after using a Babe Lash product, you are not satisfied with your purchase made from babelash.com or from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a replacement or refund.
How long does a tube of Essential Serum last?
Babe Lash Essential Serum is available in three sizes:
- 2mL - 3 Months
- 4mL - 6 Months
- Mini (1mL) - 4 weeks
Can I use the Essential Serum if I have contacts?
Absolutely! Be sure to consult an optometrist for more information. Our Essential Serum is generally safe for those who use contacts, but as always, be sure to keep the serum out of your eye. It is meant to be applied to the skin along the upper lash line.
What happens if I stop using the Essential Serum?
If you decide to stop using the Essential Serum, your lashes will eventually return to their original appearance. We’re certain once you start, you’ll never want to go back!

How long does it take to ship my order?
At Babe Lash, we strive to get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders received before 3 p.m. MST will ship the same business day, unless there is an unavoidable delay. Orders received after 3 p.m. MST will be shipped the following business day. Business days refer to Monday-Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Please note sales and promo order volumes may delay shipments.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Please note sales and promo order volumes may delay shipments.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
What is my order status?
You can review the status of your order by going to the User icon at the top of the page to log in. You can then view your order status and history. You will also receive email updates when your order is placed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address associated with your account.
How do I change or cancel my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away to get it shipped to you in a timely manner -- we ship orders out at 3 p.m. MST every weekday (excluding holidays).
If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 888-831-9050 as soon as possible. While we are unable to guarantee changes to orders, we will do our best to make the changes before the order ships.
How do I apply a promo code to my order?
Add item to cart, continue to check out.
On PC; proceed to the checkout; on the right-hand side under item summary enter discount code/gift cards.
On a Mobile device; proceed to checkout, there is a drop-down window under cart summary, click to drop down, and enter discount code/gift card.
Please note that promo codes are not applicable on Auto Ship orders and some promotions.
I forgot to use a promo code. Can you apply it to my order?
We aim to please here at Babe Lash and may be able to retroactively apply valid promos/discounts not applied up to 24 hours after an order is placed. If you forgot to add your promo code or noticed it didn’t apply, contact us ASAP at 888-831-9050 or email us at info@babelash.com and we will look into a resolution.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you email updates when your order is placed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered with tracking links where applicable. If you do not see updates in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed, you can anticipate the following shipping timelines:

VIP Shipping Insurance is our premium package protection for your Babe Lash orders. When you add VIP Shipping Insurance at checkout, you can easily file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Purchased VIP Shipping Insurance and need to file a claim? Please visit our Returns/Claims portal using your order number and email address.
If for any reason after using a Babe Lash product, you are not satisfied with your purchase made from babelash.com or from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a replacement or refund through our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

What is Auto Ship?
The Babe Lash Auto Ship subscription ordering program offers you a convenient scheduled delivery of Babe Lash products at a 10% discount. We will automatically send your Babe Lash favorites based on your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online at your convenience. Once subscribed, you’ll have complete control over your Auto Ship order and may make changes to delivery frequency, upcoming order dates, and quantity at any time by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page.
How do I subscribe to Auto Ship?
Joining Auto Ship is easy! Simply select Auto Ship under Delivery Options on your desired product page. Our Essential Serum and Enhancing Conditioner have pre-set frequencies and our cosmetics allow you to choose your preferred frequency. Then proceed to check out as normal. Please note you must create a Babe Lash account to use this feature.
What happens after I join Auto Ship?
After you subscribe to Auto Ship, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section in your account where you can manage future orders, Auto Ship items, and account information. We will place your Auto Ship orders automatically based on the designated frequency, and you will be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder seven days before each Auto Ship order. You will also receive email confirmations when an order is placed or canceled successfully as well as other important information such as discontinuations or out of stocks.
How do I cancel or make changes to my Auto Ship subscription?
Once you’ve joined, Auto Ship is easy to manage! You can change your next order date, skip an upcoming order, or cancel a subscription by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page. All changes to your subscription must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next shipment in order for it to process on time.
i. How to change an order date or skip an upcoming order:
To modify your next shipment date, please visit ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page and click the ‘Change Date’ link to the right of the next order date. Then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date moving forward.
ii. How to cancel an order that has already been placed:
Our online orders process immediately to ensure our clients receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted.
iii. How to change shipment frequency:
Our Essential Serum has a preset frequency between one to six-months while the Enhancing Conditioner has a preset frequency of four months. To modify delivery frequency for our other products, please visit ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page and click the ‘Change Frequency’ link to the right of your current frequency.
iv. How to cancel your subscription:
To cancel a subscription item, please visit ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page, click ‘View Details’ and click ‘Cancel Subscriptions’.
v. How to change shipping or billing address:
To cancel a subscription item, please visit ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page, click ‘View Details’ and go to ‘Address and Shipping Information.’ Click ‘Edit’ to change your shipping or billing address.
vi. How to change billing information:
Please visit ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page, click ‘View Details’ and go to ‘Payment Information.’ Click ‘Edit’ to change your billing information.
Please allow at least 24 hours for any modifications to be processed.
Can I add a one-time item to my next Auto Ship order?
At this time, you are not able to add one-time items to your next Auto Ship order. However, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders and we encourage you to place your order separately.
What types of payments are accepted for Auto Ship?
Auto Ship subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Future orders will be charged to the default card associated with your account. Alternative payment forms such as PayPal cannot be accepted at this time.
How do I view future deliveries?
Your next scheduled order will be listed in ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page.
What will happen if my Auto Ship item is on sale?
Your Auto Ship order automatically receives a 10% discount year-round. This promotional offer does not stack with other promotional offers, including free gifts. If you would like to take advantage of a promotional offer outside of your 10% discount, you may skip your Auto Ship order by using the ‘Change Date’ link in ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page. Please allow at least 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
