Returns

We know it doesn’t always work out, so we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased on our website. You can request a replacement or refund within 90 days of the original purchase date - be sure to reach out to our team for pointers on using our products or help with your return.

Unfortunately, we can only assist with returns for orders made on our website. Please reach out to the retailer you purchased from for help with your return.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, please allow 5-10 business days for it to arrive. We also provide express shipping options in case you need your order sooner. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

We ship to all states in the US. We don’t offer international shipping at this time, but we’re working on it! Sign up here for updates.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $65. All orders under $65 are shipped for $3.95, and we have express shipping options at an additional cost if you need your order sooner.

Auto-Ship makes your life easier by automatically shipping your favorite Babe product to you on a recurring basis, AND you get a 15% discount! You can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription whenever you’d like in your account. To sign-up for Auto-Ship, just pick the Subscribe & Save option on the product page and pick your frequency before proceeding to checkout. Please note promo codes and afterpay cannot be used on Auto-Ship orders.

You can change your next order date, skip an upcoming order, or cancel a subscription by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page. All changes to your subscription must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next shipment in order for it to process on time.

Orders
