Babe Original Elixir Cosmetics, LLC (“Babe Original,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a text messaging / SMS program (the “Program”) that allows subscribers to receive marketing and promotional text messages, including but not limited to messages about new products, sales, and updates. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”), our Privacy Policy, our Messaging Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. How to Join the Program

You can join the Program in a variety of ways, including by texting a keyword to our short code, submitting your phone number through a form on our website, or opting in at checkout. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Babe Original at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Babe Original does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to or received from us.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text “STOP” to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

5. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not liable for delays or failures in the delivery of messages beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier network issues.

6. Eligibility

By participating in the Program, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to subscribe, and that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

7. Privacy

Please review our Messaging Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information collected through the Program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or any portion of it, at any time. We also reserve the right to change these SMS Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new SMS Terms.
