Lash Serum Swap Program — Terms & Conditions

The Babe Original Lash Serum Swap Program (“Program”) is available for a limited time of one (1) week, while supplies last. Participation is limited to the first 500 eligible submissions and is restricted to one (1) swap per customer. To participate, customers must complete the official submission form with accurate and complete information, including full name, valid email address, shipping address, and details about the competitive lash serum being submitted for exchange. Babe Original reserves the right to review, verify, and approve all submissions at its sole discretion. Upon approval, participants will receive a prepaid shipping label to return their competitive lash serum. Returned products must be mailed using the provided label within the timeframe specified in the approval email. Babe Original is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments. Once the returned product is received and verified, participants will be issued a one-time-use promotional code via email redeemable for one (1) full-size lash serum (approximate retail value $49). Eligible products include Essential Lash Serum or Renewing Lash Serum, subject to availability. The promotional code will cover the cost of the product and standard shipping.

• One (1) swap per customer, household, and/or shipping address
• Maximum of 500 total redemptions across the Program
• Offer valid only while supplies last
• Promotional code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers
• Offer intended for new or first-time Babe Original lash serum customers
• Must be at least 18 years old to participate

Returned competitive products must be a lash serum product. Babe Original reserves the right to deny any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, suspected of fraud, or does not meet Program requirements. By participating, customers agree to allow Babe Original to use submitted product information for internal analysis and marketing insights. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Babe Original’s Privacy Policy. Babe Original reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice due to technical issues, fraud, or other factors beyond its control.
