We actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify that your transaction is legitimate. This may cause some slight delays in shipping your product. If there is a threat of possible fraud on your account, we will call you as soon as we can. If you are not immediately available, this could cause a delay in the shipment of your item. One way to ensure a smooth transaction is to ship your order to the billing address of the credit card that you used to perform the transaction. This will usually ensure your transaction ships out smoothly and quickly. If you cannot ship to the credit card billing address, then we may need to contact you.
